What is it?

Our Grippies and Pouchettes are unique accessories for your phone that are cute on the eyes and functional in your hands. Both Grippies and Pouchettes will make carrying your phone easier and help lower the chance or dropping. The image of your loved one is custom printed and seated inside so you always have it close by.

Ordering Process

I just placed an order. Now what?

Our team will reach out to you and confirm the final design. Only after your approval will your order go into production.

I forgot to upload my design file. What do I do?

Email it to us at info@thezelse.com along with your name and order number, or simply use the Contact Us page. 

What type of files do you accept?

All common image formats such as JPG, PNG, and BMP will work. You can also upload pictures directly from your phone. 

How long does an order usually take?

You will typically receive your order 2-3 weeks after approving your final design.

Return Process

What is your return policy?

Because your accessories will be cusom made, no return/refund will be available. Before your oder is put in production we will make the best effort to verify the design with you. If you are not happy with the finished product, we will do our very best to make it right.
